* Delivery Limits
At this time, USFRA.org ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does USFRA.org ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
It is our policy to send you your merchandise as soon as possible. Our ability to ship an order all together depends upon the availability, size, weight and compatibility of the items ordered. If an item is out-of-stock, it is sent when it becomes available.
Standard Delivery
All in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 5-10 business days from the day the order was entered. Notices of any back orders are sent immediately.
Express Delivery
For an additional charge, we can deliver your order overnight via USPS Next Day Air®, within two days via USPS 2nd Day Air®. Other express delivery services can also be arranged. Call for a quote on rush delivery charges.
Shipping Errors
Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of order.
* Sales Tax
* USFRA.org charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the Florida sales tax rate of 6%. Tax is not charged for memberships and services.
* Return Policy
* 10 Day Return Policy
o Our 10 day money-back guarantee means as much to us as it does to you. Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. However, if you need to return an item within 10 days, the product must be sent back in ORIGINAL “LIKE NEW” CONDITION packaged in the ORIGINAL BOX, or you will be charged a restocking fee. Returning items in original condition will help keep future costs lower for our customers.
o When you receive your merchandise, please do not write on the product forms or packaging or damage the box or product in any way until you know that your product works and that you want to keep it. If you plan to return a purchase, pack the merchandise carefully and in original condition. Include any instruction manuals, warranty card, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box is unaltered.
o Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued. Items that are received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for a refund, they will be eligible for credit or exchange only.
o Returns will NOT be accepted after fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment. The item must be in the original carton and in “like new” condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and RMA included, to receive a refund. An exchange or E-store credit may be issued if these criteria are not met.
o Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
o Special order purchases, opened videotapes, DVDs, computer disks and software are not refundable once opened unless defective. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns/exchanges.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:
o Keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you received them. Claims cannot be made if packing materials are missing.
o Report the damage immediately to the carrier (USPS®, Postal Service, or other carrier).
o Do not ship the package back to USFRA.org unless directed by our staff; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.
o Call USFRA.org to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please email USFRA.org for instructions on returning it for replacement. If you have any questions about products or orders, please email Corporate@usfra.org

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and USFRA.org with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and USFRA.org with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Deaf Service Center of Southwest Florida. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
